Serves the military and civilian families in the local community with a Washington State Licensed Child Development Center for 70 children, with child care programs for children 30 months (toilet trained) through 12 years old. Also other social and educational programs as needed for children of military and civilian families ages 5-12.

For 70 children 30 Months (toilet trained) through 12 years old. The Center offers the following age group programs:
- Child Care (Pre-School Curriculum Included)
For 30 months though 5 years old (not in kindergarten)
- All-Day Private Kindergarten
For children who meet the WA State Enrollment Age Guidelines
- Before & After School Age Program
For K-5 children (This program includes homework and reading assistance)
- School Age Summer Child Care Program for K-5th Grades
- Infant & Toddler Car Seat Loaner Program
- Other Age Appropriate Classes/Seminars as scheduled
- Military Christmas Gift Program Military Christmas Gift Program, for qualified military personnel and their families who meet the eligible criteria of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines as applied by the local branch staff personnel.
