Operation Kid Comfort

Operaiton Hero (2)

Hi my name is Kristin Michalk and I just picked up my daughter’s daddy deployment quilt this afternoon. My daughter’s name is Madison and she is 22 months old. When I arrived home, I gave it to her and she neatly laid it on the ground and laid on it and started pointing out all the pictures of daddy. Madison loved the quilt immediately! I have enclosed a picture so you can see what joy Operation kid Comfort brings to children of deployed parents. Thank you to all of the staff and volunteers who make this program possible. And for your time, effort, and love you put into these handmade quilts. This quilt will be loved more than you know!
