Please look for updates on this website for the ASYMCA holiday programs for 2014.
The Camp Pendleton Armed Services YMCA has been making military life easier during the holidays and year round at their branch location on base. There are no dues or membership and the ASYMCA offers award winning no-cost programs for junior enlisted Ranks, their spouses and their children with the help of private donations and volunteers. Please not our guidelines first before filling out the form. Forms will be considered based on need, social responsibility and pay-grade. Thank you we look forward to helping military families this holiday season! We would also like to thank our major donors:
The Stephan and Barbara Spiva Foundation
LS Technologies, LLC
Rotary Club of Camp Pendleton
Woman’s Day Magazine and their Readers
- The Wishlist Program is for Junior Enlisted Ranks with Children (E-4 and Below Only due to limited donations)
- Please note, you have to be able to pick up your ASYMCA Wishlist gifts on 18 December, 2014 at Camp Pendleton ASYMCA. Please do not submit a wish list form if you cannot attend. Families that sign up and are unable to attend put a burden on the staff, donors and volunteers, thank you for your great social responsibility and your attitude of gratitude!
When you fill in your wish list keep in mind the financial climate and that Secret SANTA is mainly for children. Do not submit these items: large appliances, expensive electronics(over $40.00), video game equipment, airline tickets, motorized cars for children, theme park tickets, motorized vehicles for children, designer handbags (Coach, Dooney & Bourke, etc.) or designer clothes- your application will not be considered. We will not process applications that ask for gift cards only- sponsors may want the option of buying gifts as well as gift cards. We are not having an Annual Bike Giveaway this year due to funding, so if any of your children needs a bike please add it to their wish list items.
How many families we can help is directly related to funds donated, we hope to help at least 300 Military Families this Holiday Season!
If you have more than five children, please contact Suzanne Tabrum at 760-385-4921.
