Group Fitness

No matter where your fitness level falls, you will enjoy the free group fitness classes! We offer toning & cardio, yoga, zumba, & more. Classes vary by community center. Check the calendar for individual centers to see when they are offered.

Mommy’s Moment

Need to get the check book balanced? Need time to catch up on your scrapbooking? Have a book you want to read? Always wanted to learn to sew? Check out our classes that give moms a respite from child care and allow them to have some “grown- up” time. Free Child minding is available for participants.

Scampers

Scampers is a playgroup environment that helps you and your child meet other military families in your community. Both children and moms have the ability to form connections and make friendships. It also helps pre-school children prepare for a kindergarten environment with activities like circle time, craft time, & snack time. Please bring a snack and an art smock to participate.

Fieldtrips

Join us to have fun and see new sights! Please contact ASYMCA staff for further information about each trip.
