ANCHORAGE/JBER SERVICE AREA

Y on Wheels Shuttle Driver (part time)

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Shuttle Van Driver ensures safe transportation of all riders to various destinations on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER).

Program Coordinator (full time)

This position supports the work of the Armed Services YMCA, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening the military community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Program Coordinator helps manage the daily activities involved in conducting programs and services for military members and their families. Assists with evaluating the need for new programs or services; helps develop and implement new programs and services; coordinates ASYMCA events/services with installation leadership. Works closely with ASYMCA staff, military personnel and their families and local community partners.

FAIRBANKS/FT WAINWRIGHT/EIELSON SERVICE AREA

Bargain Shop Associate, Ft. Wainwright (part time, permanent)

Under the direct supervision of the Bargain Shop Manager, the Bargain Shop Associate provides sorting, stocking and retail assistance at the ASYMCA Bargain Shop to fulfill our mission of enhancing the lives of military members and their families in spirit, mind, and body through programs relevant to the unique challenges of military life.

Program Coordinator, EAFB (full time, permanent)

Under the direct supervision of the Program Director, the Program Coordinator provides administrative support and program assistance for the ASYMCA and its staff in order to fulfill our mission of enhancing the lives of military members and their families in spirit, mind and body through programs relevant to the unique challenges of military life.
