The Armed Services YMCA Fort Bragg is proud and excited to announce our new Program Director - Carrie Benick! Carrie was born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana. She graduated from Indiana State University in 1995 with a degree in Elementary Education and later earned her Master's Degree in Education from Indiana University. She has worked as an Elementary and Pre-K teacher in three different states. Carrie has been a military spouse for 26 years.
Most recently Carrie has served as the Community Relations Manager for The Armed Services YMCA where she oversaw all aspects of our volunteer programs to include Food Pantry operations, The Baby Bundle and Operation Kid Comfort programs along with many other responsibilities. Her dedication to the ASYMCA mission can be seen in everything she does. Carrie is very excited about her new role and the challenge it brings, and she looks forward to building and expanding our youth programs to military families at Fort Bragg.
