Dog Days of Winter

The Armed Services YMCA 29 Palms had an outstanding turnout as the Operation Little Learners families headed outside mid-January to attend a K9 presentation by the Provost Marshal’s Officers and their working dogs. Excitement flowed when the DARE Lion made a surprise visit to greet all the children.

Staff Sergeant Ramirez and Max stole the show with their performance. Attendees saw first-hand how disciplined PMO working dogs truly are. Max followed all his handler's commands and never wavered, even when distractions were at play. Everyone was amazed by his ability to "stay" and "attack" on command. WHAT A SHOW!

Thank you to everyone who participated in this amazing Field Trip. A special thank you to everyone at the Provost Marshal’s Office for making our event a wonderful experience for all our Operation Little Learners and their families.
