March 17, 2020: Everyone at the Armed Services YMCA Fort Bragg can understand the struggles that families face in light of school closures until the end of the month. While finding child care services and keeping children engaged and entertained is a challenge; we wanted to provide a few free resources that may be helpful.
Scholastic Magazine: Providing free educational resources for students Pre-K through 12 for AT LEAST the next two weeks with plans to unveil additional lessons and learning in the coming days. Their website states "Every day includes four separate learning experiences, each built around a thrilling, meaningful story or video. Kids can do them on their own, with their families, or with their teachers. Just find your grade level and let the learning begin!" Check out their offerings at https://classroommagazines.scholastic.com/support/learnathome.html
