The Armed Services YMCA is pleased to announce Sgt. 1st Class Gregory A. Waters of the U.S. Army as one of the 2019 Angel of the Battlefield Award recipients. Waters, who was awarded the Silver Star Medal, was officially upgraded and awarded the Distinguished Service Cross in June for actions in July 2008.
