We strive to make deployment as easy as possible on military children. Upon request, Operation Kid Comfort provides every child, age from 0 to 17 years old, with an original quilt made from photos submitted by his or her parent. Each quilt is lovingly constructed and sewn by volunteer quilters containing photos of a deployed parent. These are perfect for cuddling and sleeping, and each quilt has a $25 materials and processing fee. If you would like it shipped to your home, there is an additional $10 fee per quilt. Local pick up is available at no additional charge. The finished quilt provides military children with warm memories that help carry them through their parent’s deployment.
