Armed Services YMCA (ASYMCA) has served Hawaii's military `ohana since 1917. Last year, the organization provided support for approximately 80,000 service members and their families from all six military branches through its three locations at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Wheeler Army Air Field, and Kaneohe Marine Corps Base.
ASYMCA Hawaii is a 501c3 non-profit organization. We are not government funded. Individual, foundation and corporate gifts sustain our mission of serving and strengthening military families. We work closely with the Department of Defense and local commands to identify gaps in services available to the military, and tailor programs to address the stresses of military life and distinct needs of Hawaii's military community. Programs range from deployment and educational support, to financial assistance and special events.
