We offer a variety of opportunities and activities to help you meet your wellness needs, including an extensive variety of group exercise classes and individual and small group Personal Training services.

GUIDELINES
Group exercise programs are designed to interact with and engage participants in healthy activities.
Our Group Exercise instructors are highly trained to provide those seeking a healthy lifestyle with a safe environment and effective exercise programs. Instructors facilitate class connections and create opportunities for storytelling and relationship building.
Personal training is a great way to tailor your workouts and stay motivated. Our nationally certified personal trainers work one-on-one with you or in small groups, leading you through workouts that evolve with your skill level.
It’s better with a buddy! Our Group Training program offers the best of both worlds by giving you the chance to work out with a friend and an experienced, certified personal trainer. Get the fun support and motivation that comes from exercising with a partner. Our Group Training program involves alternating one minute of cardio with one minute of strength training for a total of 30 minutes.
Enrollment Guidelines: Flexible scheduling, unused sessions do not carry over. No agreement necessary, enroll at the member service desk. Payment plan is automatic until written cancellation is received, 10 days prior to draft date. Program reflects individual rates.
Nutrition Counseling helps you understand your individual nutrition needs and patterns while taking into consideration any diagnoses or conditions. Our registered dietitian meets you where you’re at in your journey to get healthy, providing nutrition education and counseling to meet your personal health goals.
Finding time to get fit isn’t always easy with hectic family schedules. Child Watch helps you make the time by offering quality babysitting led by trained YMCA staff.
Child Watch accommodates children from 6 months to 12 years and is an adventure at every turn with an abundant amount of activities provided by well trained staff with a passion for caring for children.
Two hours, per child, of daily Child Watch is offered to our members while you work out with a Family Membership.
