Automatic Payment Plan
The preferred method of payment for Armed Services YMCA Membership is the Automatic Payment Plan (bank draft). Savings accounts, checking accounts, and credit cards (MasterCard/Visa/Discover/Discover/American Express) are accepted for drafted payment.
As a member of the Armed Services YMCA, you can cancel your membership at least 30 days prior to your next draft. Annual memberships can be cancelled at any time, however no refund will be processed. The cancellation may be made in person, by fax, postal mail, or email with receipt of confirmation. if you participate in a membership draft payment plan, the Armed Services YMCA will continue to draft until you cancel the membership as provided above. Your membership cancellation will be effective as of your next billing cycle. We cannot refund the prepaid portion of an annual membership. Cancellation of membership is not necessarily cancellation of Annual Fund deductions and vice versa.
New members first month's payment is prorated based on their join date.
SilverSneakers® and Silver&Fit® Memberships
The Armed Services YMCA Killeen offers SilverSneakers® and Silver&Fit® memberships, available with participating insurance plans.
Active Duty Military, Killeen and Copperas Cove ISD employees pay no enrollment fees.
Financial Assistance for Membership
Armed Services YMCA Killeen provides financial assistance for teens, adults, families, and military members who cannot afford the full cost of a Y membership.
We use a sliding fee scale based on total household income and the number of household members. We require supporting documentation to verify household size and income, and we consider special circumstances when providing assistance.
Recipients are expected to be responsible for a percentage of the membership cost. Qualification for Armed Services YMCA financial assistance for membership is reviewed every two years.
HOW DO I APPLY?

- Complete the form, and attach a copy of the required financial documents.
- Return the application and required documents to your Armed Services YMCA Wellness Center.
