Quilt Request Information

Children of deployed service members are eligible for this program. Due to high demand, each child may only receive one quilt or pillow.

• Children ages 6 and younger receive a memory quilt.
• Children 7 and older receive a memory pillow case.

There is no charge for these items; our volunteers donate their time, talent, and treasure. Please only click submit when the form is completely filled out and your high-resolution photos are attached. Nine photos are needed for each quilt, and up to five are needed for each pillow case. The photos should depict the deployed parent, children with the deployed parent, family photos, or similar.

Please submit a separate request for each child.
